If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Introduction and Definitions

1.1 About Sonder.Careers

Sonder.Careers ("we", "us", "our") operates a UK-based professional careers and recruitment platform at Sonder.careers (the "Platform") providing professional profile hosting, job listings, employer profiles, candidate-employer matching, professional networking, career development tools, AI-generated profile summaries, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Platform is built on the Sonder philosophy: All lives living one story. We exist to connect people to opportunity through identity, not simply through a document.

1.2 Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service in any capacity, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

  • "AI Content" means any profile summary, career insight, or other output generated by automated or AI-powered tools within the Platform based on a User's profile data.

  • "Intellectual Property" means all patents, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, copyrights, database rights, design rights, and any other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered.

1.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

2. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the Platform with an updated Last Updated date. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Platform or by email to registered Users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

3. Eligibility and Registration

The Service is available to individuals aged 18 or over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Employer access is available to registered businesses operating within or recruiting into the United Kingdom and internationally where permitted by applicable law.
