Getting Started
3Personal members: Visit sonder.careers/signup, choose "Personal", enter your name, email, and a password (minimum 12 characters with one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character). You will receive a verification code by email — enter it to activate your account.
Business accounts: Choose "Business" at sign-up. You will be guided through package selection and payment before completing your company profile.
Invite-only periods: When sign-ups are restricted, you need an invite code from an existing member. Go to sonder.careers/join and enter the code you were given.
Personal members are taken through a short onboarding wizard where you set your display name, headline, location, interests, and upload a profile photo. Complete every step to unlock the full platform.
Businesses follow a three-step onboarding: select a package (Starter, Growth, or Agency), complete payment via Stripe, then fill in your company profile (logo, description, industry, size, website).
Go to sonder.careers/forgot-password, enter your email address, and you will receive a reset link. Click it and choose a new password.
